1. Rates & Payment
- Rates are agreed upon prior to service.
- Payment is due in full on or before the first day of service, unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App.
- Late Payment Fee: A $10 late fee may apply if payment is not received within 48 hours of service start.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations.
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the full payment is due and non-refundable.
- Holiday bookings may require a non-refundable deposit (to be discussed at the time of booking).
3. Health & Behavior
- Owners must disclose any pre-existing health conditions, especially those that may be contagious to other
animals or pose a risk to the sitter or the environment.
- Aggressive behavior must also be disclosed prior to booking.
- Kelly's K-9 Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for pets that pose a risk to the sitter's
safety or to other animals in their care.4. Emergencies & Veterinary Care
- In the event of a medical emergency, Kelly's K-9 Care will contact the Owner and/or the listed veterinarian.
- If unavailable, the sitter will seek immediate care at the nearest emergency vet.
- Owner is responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

5. Departure & Return Communication
- Clients are required to text Kelly's K-9 Care on the day of departure when leaving for their trip, and again on
the day of return upon arriving home.
- This ensures all pets are accounted for and no visits are missed due to travel changes.
- If a client experiences unexpected delays, including cancelled or delayed flights, and requires additional pet
care, Kelly's K-9 Care will provide extra visits at the standard rate, based on availability.
6. Meet & Greet Policy
- A complimentary meet and greet is typically required before the start of any new service to ensure that both
pet(s) and sitter are comfortable and familiar with one another.
- Exceptions may be made in emergencies, such as if a client hired another sitter who failed to show up or if
the booking is last-minute while the client is already away.
- In such cases, Kelly's K-9 Care will use professional judgment and request as much information as possible
remotely to ensure the safety and care of your pet(s).
7. Liability Waiver
- Kelly's K-9 Care agrees to provide responsible and loving care to your pet(s).
- However, the Pet Sitter will not be held liable for:
- - Pets with access to the outdoors who escape or become lost
- - Illness, injury, or death due to pre-existing health conditions
- - Property damage or harm to others caused by the pet(s)
8. House Access & Security
- All keys, garage codes, or access methods will be kept confidential and secure.
- The Owner is responsible for ensuring the home is pet-proofed and safe for unsupervised time.
9. Photo Updates & Social Media

10. Agreement- By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.
